For our client, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a Flexographic Printing Machine Operator (m/f/d). In this exciting role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring modern printing presses and will make an important contribution to high-quality production.

Your Tasks

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring printing presses and production equipment
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Performing quality controls according to specifications
• Documenting production steps and results
• Cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work on the equipment
• Adhering to safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
• Participating in process optimization and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Completed technical or craft apprenticeship, ideally in the printing sector
• Professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with modern machinery
• Meticulous, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work shifts
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility
