Your Tasks

  • Production

    • Self-contained preparation and execution of productions on our technology test facility, such as material preparation and equipment preparation
    • Readiness for occasional shift work and corresponding shift leadership
    • Filling of dosing devices
    • Process monitoring
    • Documentation of disturbances during production
    • Ensuring that sampling intervals are ensured
    • Point of contact for the laboratory during ongoing productions or experiments
  • Maintenance / Repair

    • Identifying problems with equipment components and taking independent action to resolve them.
    • Setting up and commissioning new equipment components and training colleagues after instruction by the supplier
    • Timely implementation of planned maintenance
    • Calibrating sensors
  • Experiments:

    • Independent execution of experiments with customers or our research team
    • Documentation of relevant experiment parameters
    • Preparation and execution of sample taking for experiment evaluation
    • Highlighting problems in the experiment flow and developing solutions with the engineering team

Your Profile

  • Completed technical training with a higher-qualified degree in the field of process engineering
  • Experience in handling chemicals
  • Driver's license for forklift trucks desired
  • Pleasure in independent work
  • Readiness to take responsibility
  • Good language skills in German and English
  • Safe handling of MS Office
