M.E.H.R. Perspective Our customer in Hörstel-Bevergern is looking for a Machines and Plant Operator m/w/d. M.E.H.R. Future Opportunities with our customer
Working hours: 05:00 - 13:00 / 13:00 - 21:00 / 21:00 - 5:00
Holiday pay as well as Christmas bonus
30 days of holiday per year depending on company affiliation
Company pension scheme (15% employer contribution)
Work shoes and high-quality work clothing

M.E.H.R. Tasks: Steering and monitoring a modern production line
Carrying out maintenance work
Analyzing and rectifying faults
Performing tactile and visual quality control
Documented and booked raw materials, as well as finished goods
M.E.H.R. Competence Training in a vocational training program, preferably in the textile industry or in the fields of metal, electrical engineering, chemistry
Experience in the textile industry is advantageous but not necessary
Readiness to work shifts
Outstanding team skills and engagement
