We are looking for a Machinery and Equipment Leader Food Technology (m/w/d) full-time.

Tasks

• You set up production machines and equipment and get them ready.
• You monitor the production process of our food products in ongoing operations.
• You control workflows, fill raw materials as needed, and respond quickly to error messages.
• You support preventing machine downtime and stabilizing production processes.
• You conduct quality controls and document production data carefully.
• You recognize technical malfunctions and implement suitable countermeasures.
• You ensure compliance with work safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• You support optimizing production processes.
• You work closely with Production, Quality Management, and Technology.

Qualification

• A completed training as a Machinery and Equipment Leader, ideally with a focus on Food Technology, or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in machinery and equipment leadership or food production
• Techical understanding and the ability to quickly recognize malfunctions
• A careful, reliable, and responsible work style
• Flexibility and resilience in a running production environment
• Readiness for shift work, including weekends
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least B2 language level)
• Basic computer knowledge for handling warehouse management systems and production equipment
• Italian language skills are an advantage but not a must-have
• A valid work permit for Germany and residence in Germany
