MarTech Data Architect & Integration Specialist (Full-time / Long-term) Are you a master of data orchestration looking for a high-impact, international challenge? At Shakers , we are looking for a Data Architect & MarTech Expert to join a global professional services leader. This is a full-time, long-term project where you will act as the technical backbone of a multi-brand data strategy, ensuring seamless integration between cutting-edge DMP and Marketing Automation platforms. The Mission You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable data architecture that integrates multiple MarTech tools and systems, including but not limited to: Data Management Platforms (DMPs), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Marketing Automation platforms, and other relevant technologies. Your expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and data governance will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of our clients' marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement a scalable data architecture that integrates multiple MarTech tools and systems. • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between DMPs, CRM systems, Marketing Automation platforms, and other relevant technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing robust data governance processes. • Stay up-to-date with the latest MarTech trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our clients' marketing strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Integration, and Governance. • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance principles. • Experience with MarTech tools and platforms such as DMPs, CRM systems, Marketing Automation platforms, etc. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
