Principal Personalization & Business Performance Analyst About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Principal Business Performance Analyst with a focus on Personalization Analytics and Affiliate Marketing Analytics to join our Marketing Technology team. As a key member of the team: • You’ll dig through user-centric experiences to evaluate the relationship between personalization-led product changes and key performance metrics; example: increasing minutes per user • You’ll provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business outcomes, leveraging data-driven approaches and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex findings effectively. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics • Collaborating with marketing teams to design and execute A/B testing and experimentation strategies • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations between personalization-led product changes and business outcomes • Providing recommendations for optimization based on findings and insights • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in personalization analytics and affiliate marketing analytics • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization • Participating in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
