Our product range extends from books and magazines to dietary supplements, food products, and drugstore items, as well as outdoor & survival, and home & garden.

We don't just sell our products through our own online shop. Our presence on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces also needs daily attention, management, and development. This is exactly where you come in: You ensure that our offers are available, visible, and competitive, and you develop our marketplace business together with the team.

Tasks

Your Job

• You will manage our presence on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces operationally and take care of product listing and maintenance.
• You will optimize product presentations, enhanced product pages, and A+ content, and maintain our brand store.
• You will manage prices, promotional offers, and sales campaigns.
• You will conduct competitor and category analyses and keep an eye on key performance indicators.
• You will ensure delivery capability and data quality, and handle cases and complaints in day-to-day operations.
• You will improve images, texts, attributes, and search relevance with the goal of increasing the conversion rate and will integrate advertising measures in coordination with marketing.
• You will work closely with marketing, purchasing, product management, logistics, customer service, and IT.
• You will monitor trends and potentials and help to intelligently expand into further marketplaces.

Qualification

What you bring

• Demonstrable professional experience in marketplace management or in the e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in using seller backends, especially Amazon Seller Central.
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a good understanding of relevant key figures.
• High attention to detail and strong implementation skills.
• You are service- and solution-oriented and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• You can identify with our product range and our company.
