Tasks

• You manage the daily business, steer the entire business process, and keep the key financial indicators under control.
• You lead with passion, motivate, and develop your team. You create personnel deployment plans and introduce new employees to their tasks in a safe and controlled manner.
• You design the sales floors, present our product ranges appealingly, and set creative sales-promoting measures in motion.
• You monitor the product maintenance and quality, and ensure that our internal QM system is lived.
• You represent our market internally and externally and ensure a strong customer bond through your presence on the sales floor.

Qualification

• A completed training in retail (e.g., retail clerk) and a further education as a retail manager (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You communicate transparently, lead with empathy, and make decisions independently.
• Analytical thinking and organizational talent are second nature to you.
• You are open to new work systems and remain calm even in stressful situations.
