- Location: Region Hannover (expert Handels GmbH)
- Working hours: Full-time

You will do
- As Retail Leader:in, you will be responsible for the operational business of our market
- You will take over the steering, realization, and verification of the business and inventory key figures
- You will be responsible for personnel management for the employees in your area and will lead them goal-oriented, respectfully, and result-oriented
- You will steer and monitor the supply of goods and the proper inventory management and pay attention to the continuous optimization of the entire product range
- You will be in direct contact with the central procurement
- You are responsible for the optimal presentation of goods and for the development of sales-promoting measures
- You will, together with your team, create a positive shopping experience for our customers
You bring
- You have a commercial education in retail or a comparable education
- You have experience as a leader in retail
- You are motivated to achieve the set goals
- You have a desire to personally grow but also continuously develop your employees
- You are comfortable with IT
- Zahlenaffinität, business thinking and acting, we expect
- Very good communication skills, engagement, and flexibility are your daily practice
