Tasks

• You lead your team with heart and understanding: As Retail Leader, you are the face of your branch and ensure that the store runs smoothly.
• Sales, planning, overview? You've got it. You bear responsibility for the numbers, plan inventory and personnel, and organize daily operations efficiently.
• You're a motivator:in, coach & role model: You don't just lead, but also develop your team further and create a positive atmosphere.
• You're all about service: You live customer orientation and ensure that everyone feels welcome at our store.
• You roll up your sleeves: Whether in sales or inventory management – you know that good leadership also means getting involved hands-on.

Qualification

• A completed education and/or several years of experience in the (food) retail industry
• You think entrepreneurially and have a sense for numbers, people, and potential
• Clear communication, commitment to implementation – you know how to lead
• Organization is second nature to you – you keep your cool even in turbulent times
• And most importantly: You enjoy working with people and want to move things forward together
