What you can expect from us:

• You are responsible for the operational management and further development of our activities on Amazon, eBay, and other relevant online marketplaces
• You manage our accounts in day-to-day business and ensure optimal performance of our listings and product pages
• You create and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, titles, bullet points, and A+ content) with the goal of increasing visibility and conversion
• You continuously monitor buy box, prices, competition, and performance metrics
• You manage FBA and FBM processes, keep inventory levels in check, and ensure high product availability
• You analyze relevant KPIs such as revenue, margin, ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rate and derive concrete optimization measures from them
• You plan, manage, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns and develop successful campaigns further
• You work data-based with tools like Helium 10 for keyword research, competitor analysis, and listing optimization
• You set deals, promotions, and seasonal actions in operation
• You identify new market opportunities (e.g., ManoMano, Otto, Kaufland) and support the operational connection of new platforms
• You develop scalable structures and processes to enable further growth on marketplaces

What we expect from you:

• A minimum of five years of experience in marketplace management, ideally with a focus on Amazon.
• Very good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Experience working with eBay Seller Hub
• Safe handling of Helium 10 (absolutely required) or comparable marketplace tools
• Analytical understanding of e-commerce KPIs and data-based optimization
• A structured, independent, and hands-on work style
• Very good Excel skills
• Experience with plentyOne is an advantage
• Teamwork, self-initiative, and a high affinity for e-commerce
