Marketplace Manager (m/w/d)

You'll Be Doing This at Our Company – Your Job:

• Marketplace Business: You are responsible for revenue, profitability, and growth of our marketplaces on platforms like Zalando, About You, Otto, and Amazon, consistently developing the business further.
• Scale the Business: You identify new marketplace and growth opportunities, develop business cases, and actively drive the internationalization and scaling of our marketplace activities forward.
• Own the Marketplace Performance: You analyze KPIs, sales data, and market trends, implement measures, and steer return rates, marketing costs, and performance with a clear focus on result improvement.
• Content, Pricing & Visibility: You optimize product listings regarding content, keywords, and pricing, ensuring that our products are visible, relevant, and appealingly presented on all relevant marketplaces.
• Build & Launch: You take over project management for connecting new marketplaces and ensure a successful implementation – from planning to go-live.
• Campaigns with Impact: You plan and steer promotions, campaigns, and paid ads on the marketplaces, setting targeted impulses for reach, sales, and growth.
• Strong Partnerships: You work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Logistics together, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and growth is successfully implemented.

• You have a background in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management and at least four years of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• You are comfortable working with Tradebyte, steering your marketplace business securely based on KPIs, and have first experiences using AI to optimize product listings.
