Marketplace Manager (m/w/d) - E-Commerce

As Marketplace Manager (m/w/d) in full-time and 100% remote, you'll be responsible for our national and international marketplaces with the goal of bringing growth, efficiency, and performance to the next level.

Your Mission:

• Strategic Management: Several national and international marketplaces are under your responsibility as a central point of contact for our partners and driver for a clear, strategic orientation (without customer support topics)
• Growth & Steering: The coordination of new marketplace connections is one of your specialties. With your overall view, you ensure that integrations flow smoothly into our system landscape.
• Operational Excellence: Optimization is exactly your theme: processes are critically reviewed, developed further, and ensured to continuously increase efficiency and performance.
• Listing Optimization: You bring listings to the next level, from attribute management over article arrangement to ranking optimization with a focus on visibility and conversion.
• Performance & Reporting: Numbers are not just data for you, but decision-making grounds. You analyze relevant KPIs, create understandable reports, and lead clear recommendations based on them.

Your Superpowers:

• Experience: Advanced and verifiable experience in managing large marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Kaufland.
• Motivation: You have a desire to discover new marketplaces, test tools, and actively follow E-Commerce trends.
• Systems: Experience in dealing with ERP systems, preferably Plentymarkets/PlentyOne, makes it easier for you to get started.
• Data Affinity: You are proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze, structure, and prepare data for understanding.
• Education: A commercial education or a comparable study with an E-Commerce-, Digital-, or Tech-focus is preferred.
• Linguistic Skills: Secure German and very good English skills in writing and speaking round out your profile.
• Nice-to-Haves: Know-how in further marketplace tools like Channable or Mirakl is a plus point, but not a must.
