Marketplace Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Marketplace Manger/in for our Munich location.

Your tasks:

• You will take over the operational and strategic responsibility for our marketplace channels. The focus is on Amazon and Otto, supplemented by platforms such as Westwing, Zalando, XXXLutz, Galaxus and others.
• You will create, maintain, and optimize product listings including content, keywords, prices, categories, and inventory management.
• You will monitor all relevant KPIs. From click rate to conversion and ensure that we always secure and hold the Buy Box.
• You will develop growth strategies for each marketplace. This includes targeted advertising campaigns, assortment management, Amazon PPC campaigns or new partnerships.
• You will be the first point of contact for platform partners and maintain regular exchange with their account management.
• You will work closely with teams from Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service. We think pragmatically and take action when necessary.

What do you bring?

• You have a commercial education or a degree in the field of E-Commerce, Economics or Marketing.
• You bring experience in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Otto or similar platforms.
• You are familiar with Amazon Seller Central (and ideally Amazon Ads).
• You work data-based, structured and solution-oriented.
• You feel comfortable exchanging with partners, service providers and internal teams.
• You speak very good German and good English, any additional language is welcome.
