As Marketplace Manager (gn), you will take on a central role in building and scaling new marketplace channels – with a focus on Bol.com and the launch of our ePharmacy business. You bring E-Commerce experience, want to explore new markets, and drive our brands ESN & More Nutrition forward across Europe? Then you're exactly right at us.

Your Mission with us

• You are responsible for building, launching, and scaling Bol.com as a strategically important marketplace for ESN & More
• You steer the introduction and development of new ePharmacy marketplaces – from planning to go-live to operational further development
• You analyze market potential, competitors, and consumer trends and lead concrete growth strategies based on this
• You optimize product presentations, contents, and advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion
• You define relevant KPIs, track performance, and lead data-based measures to increase revenue and profit
• You work closely with the teams from Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance together to ensure efficient scaling
• You bring new impulses, observe developments in E-Commerce, and set innovative ideas into practice

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a completed degree or comparable practical experience in E-Commerce, Online-Retail, or Marketplace Management.
• You bring 3–5 years of professional experience with, ideally, a focus on European marketplaces (e.g. Bol.com, OTTO, Allegro, or similar platforms).
• You have experience building and scaling new sales channels – ideally in the consumer goods or ePharmacy sector.
• You are familiar with marketplace tools, content management systems, and performance analytics
• You think analytically and data-driven, but also pragmatically implement things and set them into practice
• You act entrepreneurially, show initiative, and work well cross-functionally with other teams together.
• You speak fluent German and English
