Job description
A leading client of CareerBricks is seeking a seasoned Marketplace Manager to drive business performance across major platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, or similar marketplaces. This role is responsible for marketplace strategy, revenue growth, visibility optimisation, and operational compliance.
You will manage listings, pricing, promotions, advertising campaigns, inventory planning, and platform relationships. Responsibilities include analysing platform analytics, improving search ranking and conversions, coordinating campaign participation, managing seller ratings, and ensuring adherence to marketplace policies.
The role requires hands-on experience with marketplace dashboards, advertising tools, and platform-specific programs. You will work closely with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to align marketplace performance with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA preferred
8-14 years of experience managing online marketplaces
Strong analytical and platform knowledge
Experience in campaign and account optimisation
