Aufgaben

• End-to-End Responsibility for the Amazon Seller Channel (Revenue, Profitability, Account Health, Integration in internal system structure with Microsoft Dynamics)
• Control and Scaling of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) including Budget Planning, Campaign Structure, Testing, and KPI Management (ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, CVR)
• Listing- and Content-Optimization: Keyword/SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store, Variant Logic, Briefings for Image/Text, Data-Based Improvements
• Planning and Implementation of Launches, Deals, and Promotions (Coupons/Deals) including Seasonal Campaigns
• Operations Management FBA & FBM: Inventory, Forecasting, Replenishment, Shipping/Service KPIs, Returns, Process Quality
• Operative Seller-Account Management: Cases, Policies/Compliance, Brand Registry, Data Quality, Blockings/Restrictions
• Close Cooperation with Procurement (Availability, Replenishment, Delivery Dates, Inventory Risks) and Product Management (Product Range, Attributes/Variants, Roadmap, Launch-Readiness)
• Bulding Scalable Processes, Templates, and Reportings that can be transferred to other marketplaces later
• Driver of Internationalization: Pan-EU Setup and Rollout/Optimization for UK, FR, IT (Go-to-Market, Localization of Content/Keywords, KPI Management)

Qualifikation

• 2–5 years of experience as an Amazon Seller (Seller Central) with independent channel/account responsibility
• Fundamental knowledge of Amazon Ads and Listing/Content Optimization (SEO, A+, Store)
• Praxis with FBA and FBM (Inventory, Forecasting, Shipping/Service KPIs)
• Experience or strong interest in Internationalization (Pan-EU, UK, FR, IT)
• Zahlenstark, strukturiert, hands-on; you prioritize clean and set independently
• Safe in Excel/Google Sheets; tool experience (e.g. Helium 10, Keepa, DataHawk, Pacvue/Perpetua or others) is a plus
• Hands-on mentality combined with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a strong growth mindset.
• High commitment and responsibility
• Very good communication skills
• Very good German and English skills
