Marketplace Growth Manager — Flipkart & E-commerce Company: MYARMOR WELLNESS PVT LTD Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required: 2-3 years (e-commerce, direct marketplace management) Working Days - 6days a Week Reporting To: Founder / Marketing Head About Us MYARMOR is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in Bedding, Furniture, Home, Baby & Pet categories. We're scaling across Flipkart, FirstCry, and other small marketplaces in India. We're not looking to just exist—we're building a profitable, self-sufficient company that makes a positive impact on our customers' lives. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies for marketplace growth across Flipkart & other marketplaces • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform growth initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to drive growth through targeted campaigns, promotions, and product offerings • Optimize listings, pricing, and inventory management to maximize revenue and profitability • Build strong relationships with marketplace partners (Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.) to ensure seamless operations and growth opportunities • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our e-commerce strategy and execution. Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or direct marketplace management • Strong understanding of Flipkart's policies, procedures, and best practices for marketplace sellers • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive growth initiatives • Proven track record of driving growth through targeted campaigns, promotions, and product offerings • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and marketplace partners • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
