We’re expanding fast and looking for a hands-on Marketplace Manager to take complete ownership of marketplace growth and operations across regions. Role Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketplace Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic marketplace management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to drive revenue growth across regions. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketplace decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure alignment and maximize results. * Manage and optimize marketplace listings, product offerings, and pricing strategies. * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., e-commerce, marketing, sales). * Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. * Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketplace management. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills.
