We develop high-innovative electric motors for customers from aviation, motorsport, and industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketingreferent (w/m/d), who makes our technological solutions visible and supports the marketing of our products operationally.

Aufgaben

• Planning & Implementation of Marketing Measures to generate leads and address customers
• Content Creation for our website, LinkedIn, as well as internal and external communication media
• Development of Marketing Materials, including presentations, product data sheets, and graphic content
• Organization of Trade Shows & Events as well as preparation, coordination, and operational management
• Campaign Management: Implementation and evaluation of marketing and communication campaigns
• Market Research: Conducting market research to derive relevant marketing approaches
• Interface Work with Sales, Product Development, and Project Management to prepare technical content for target groups

Qualifikation

• Commercial education with a technical-economic focus (e.g. Marketing Communications Specialist, Industrial Manager, Technical Business Administrator, Communication Management)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in technical marketing or sales support for complex B2B solutions
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Creative flair for design, text, and visual communication
• German language skills at C1 level as well as good English language skills
• Self-motivated, structured work style and pleasure in bringing own ideas to the table
• High communication and team skills and creative problem-solving approach
