We are Alles in Ordnung – a Hamburg-based Social Startup, founded 2024, with heart, vision, and a healthy dose of madness. Our 'Space für ein Miteinander' in the city center is open every Saturday, barrier-free, inspiring, and full of encounters that you've never experienced before. Our motto: Reverse Inclusion – everyone sits in a wheelchair so that inclusion is not just thought but really felt.

Now we're looking for someone like you who has the drive to rock our marketing and especially our social media with impact and make the world a little bit better.

Aufgaben

Content Creation: Instagram, LinkedIn & Co. – Posts, Stories, Reels, Captions, Mini-Interviews… everything that brings followers to like, be amazed, and share.

Kreative Formate entwickeln: Rollstuhlparcours, Samstags-Impulse, Community-Events – you think with us and bring in ideas.

Social-Media-Strategie aufbauen: We give the framework, you add the creative spark.

Kampagnen planen & umsetzen: Crowdfunding, Events, Surprises – no day like the other.

Analyse & Monitoring: What works in the community, what doesn't? You keep an eye on it.

Teamwork: Exchange with designers, partner projects, and our community – teamwork makes the dream work!

Regelmäßige Treffen: Every Tuesday & Wednesday team meeting + Saturday Miteinander im Space – networking, ideas, fun, and coffee included.

Qualifikation

• Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien or simply Social-Media-Liebe pur
• First experiences in Content Creation (Canva, CapCut, Insta-Tools o.ä.)
• Kreativität, Humor und sicheres Sprachgefühl – Deutsch top, Englisch nice to have
• Lust auf echten gesellschaftlichen Impact
• Selbstständigkeit, Neugier & Mut zum Ausprobieren

Bonus: Fotografie, Videodreh oder Community-Management Skills
