Aufgaben

📈 Marketing & Kommunikation

• Support in planning and implementing marketing and communication strategies
• Participation in product and brand communication
• Development and implementation of marketing campaigns for various target groups
• Support in PR measures and public relations work
• Care and further development of our online marketing activities

📱 Social Media & Content Creation

• Planning, creation, and publication of social media content
• Development of creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Co.
• Production of photo and video content for reels, stories, and campaigns
• Community management and support in caring for our channels
• Participation in photo and video shootings
• Readiness to occasionally appear in front of the camera

📧 Newsletter & Gästekommunikation

• Planning, creation, and sending of newsletters
• Development of target-group-specific email campaigns
• Support in digital guest communication

🎯 Performance Marketing

• Support in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Support in planning and implementing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Analysis of campaign results and derivation of optimization potential
• Participation in further developing our digital reach

📊 Analyse & Reporting

• Creation of reports and success evaluations
• Conducting market and competition analyses
• Observation of current marketing and tourism trends
• Evaluation of relevant key figures for optimizing our measures

Qualifikation

The following qualifications are required:

• Knowledge in marketing, social media, and digital communication
• Creativity and a good sense for modern content and trends
• Pleasure in photographing, filming, and creating content
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Communication strength and team ability
• Openness to occasionally standing in front of the camera
• Safe handling of digital media and social networks
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking

First experiences in marketing, social media, content creation, or advertising are advantageous but not necessarily required. What's much more important is motivation, creativity, and the willingness to learn new things.
