Marketing Manager/Manager Full-time (m/w/d)

We are looking for new employees (m/w/d) for the Marketing Management department, who will support us in coordinating our advertising campaigns and leading the marketing team. During your onboarding, you will receive exclusive expertise in the areas of Online Marketing, E-Commerce, and Brand Building, and you will deal with topics such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, online visibility, and brand building. The onboarding period typically takes 2-3 months.

Tasks

• Setting up marketing strategies.
• Preliminary preparation of advertising campaigns.
• Closely working with our VIP customers.
• Analyzing and optimizing marketing strategies

Qualification

• A completed vocational training is desirable, but not required.
• Fast learning ability, a high level of discipline, creativity, and self-initiative.
• Persuasive German in form and language.
• Quick familiarization with existing processes.
• Prior knowledge in the areas of Online Marketing, E-Commerce, etc. is advantageous but not necessary.
• Good handling of performance pressure.
• Good team skills and willingness to communicate.
• Very good analytical skills and high affinity for numbers and data.
