We are looking for you as a "Marketing Manager Digital & Communication (m/w/d)" on behalf of our partner company in Munich.

Tasks

• As Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will steer and develop marketing measures to position the brand and support sales and recruiting activities.
• You will also conceive and implement campaigns in the areas of online marketing, content, social media, and employer branding.
• In addition, you will coordinate external partners and ensure consistent implementation of all marketing activities.
• You will also organize trade show appearances, events, and the creation and management of marketing and communication materials.
• Furthermore, you will analyze campaign results, derive optimization potential, and develop data-based measures to increase performance.

Qualification

• You hold a degree or study in marketing, media management, communication sciences, business administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in marketing and fundamental knowledge in online marketing, social media, and content creation.
• You will also work confidently with MS Office and ideally have experience with marketing, analysis, or content management tools.
