Marketingleitung / Grafikdesigner (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the visual representation of our brand and continuously develop it. It's not just about creating a uniform appearance, but also bringing it to life in everyday business.

Our products are in use throughout the year. At the same time, new packaging, sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, product ideas, and requirements from our trading partners emerge regularly. As a result, you can expect ongoing design tasks and projects.

Your main tasks will be:

• Developing and maintaining a uniform brand presence across packaging, website, online shop, and marketing materials
• Designing new packaging as well as regular updates and expansions of existing packaging lines
• Creating sales materials, product information, advertising materials, and graphics for customers, trading partners, and sales
• Developing and implementing seasonal campaigns, product promotions, and marketing measures
• Maintaining and developing our websites and online shops, including product pages
• Creating image, video, and text content for website, social media, and newsletter
• Supporting the introduction of new products and visualizing new ideas
• Close cooperation with sales, trading partners, and management on various projects around brand, product, and marketing

Qualification

• Professional experience: You have already worked as a graphic designer, media designer, communication designer, packaging designer or marketing assistant with a focus on design. Your background can come from an industrial company, a craft business, a packaging manufacturer or an agency.
• Teamwork: You have already worked in smaller or medium-sized companies or agencies and appreciate exactly this work environment.
• Working hours: You are looking for a responsible position in part-time or full-time. Your working hours lie flexibly within our office hours and can be individually arranged. For close cooperation with the team, we expect an overwhelming presence on site. Home office is possible after consultation.
• Work style: You work independently, structured, and reliably and find creative solutions. You take responsibility for your projects and have a good sense of developing a consistent brand image.
• Qualification: You have completed a degree in media design, marketing communication, visual marketing or e-commerce or a comparable professional experience as a marketing all-rounder, marketing manager, marketing assistant, media designer, graphic designer, communication designer, packaging designer or brand manager.
• Tools: You master the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and ideally have basic knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce. Additionally, you are open to using modern AI tools and have already gained some experience with them.Languages: You possess very good German language skills as well as basic English language skills.
