"simply better insulated" – that's what our insulation technology stands for. For over 75 years, we have been developing and producing thermal insulation solutions for a wide variety of industrial applications. Our products help to retain heat where it is needed, use energy more efficiently, and ensure reliable operation of machines and systems. We want to present these products and their applications in an understandable and appropriate manner externally. For this, we are looking for support in marketing – someone who likes to work practically, contributes ideas, and implements things.

The position is part-time. You contribute your strengths, get to know our insulation technology better and better, and gradually take on topics that suit you. We'll see where the journey together leads.

Here you will recognize yourself

• You already have practical experience in marketing and primarily want to implement and drive things forward, rather than just developing concepts.

• You have a good feel for texts, presentations, images, and design, and can use them to create understandable and appealing content.

• You bring your own ideas and creativity without having to make a big campaign out of every topic – sometimes a simple, well-implemented solution is exactly the right one.

• You are keen to get to know our insulation technology, products, and applications, and can develop enthusiasm for technical topics.

• You work independently, approach colleagues when you lack information, and stay on a topic until it is completed. Experience with CMS, graphics tools, or Microsoft 365 will help you, but are not a must.

• Teamwork, appreciation, enthusiasm, commitment, innovation, and sustainability are values that you can identify with and that you also want to find in collaboration with others.

This is what you will be doing

• You will support the operational implementation of our marketing for insulation technology and implement concrete measures together with the team.

• You will create and maintain marketing and sales documents – for example, presentations, data sheets, flyers, application examples, or digital content.

• You will support the maintenance of our website and other channels and ensure that information and content are up-to-date.

• You will process information about our products and applications in such a way that it is understandable and reaches the right recipients.

• You will keep your eyes and ears open in everyday work, contribute your own ideas, and actively approach colleagues when you discover an interesting topic for our marketing.

• You will gather the information you need for your work, coordinate with colleagues, and stay on it until the task is completed.
