Marketing Assistant

MyProSole is a HealthTech startup from Cologne and develops intelligent shoe inserts to analyze movement and pressure data. Our goal is to make modern movement analysis accessible for health, prevention, and sports. Currently, we are developing our first prototypes and are looking for motivated people who want to shape an innovative startup from the beginning.

Tasks

• Support in building and developing the MyProSole brand

• Creation of content for Social Media, Website, presentations, and marketing materials

• Research on target groups, market trends, and competitors

• Support in planning trade shows, events, and cooperations

• Participation in developing marketing strategies

• Support in communication with potential partners, customers, and interested parties

• Bringinging own ideas and active shaping of the company's appearance

Qualification

• Interest in Marketing, Communication, Social Media or Startups

• Interest in Health, Sports, Technology or Innovation

• Creativity and self-initiative

• Independent and reliable working style

• Good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage

• Experiences with Canva, Social Media or content creation are helpful but not a requirement

• Motivation, taking responsibility to take over and build something together

Depending on qualifications and availability, there is the possibility to apply for funding programs together. In some funding programs, team members can receive monthly allowances of around €1,000 to €3,000 gross during the funding phase (depending on program, completion, and approval).

We are particularly looking forward to applications from students or individuals who have completed their studies within the last five years and are currently not in a fixed employment relationship. Background is that certain requirements can apply for some funding programs.
