Marketing Assistant/Officer Full-time (m/w/d)

We are looking for new employees (m/w/d) for the Marketing Assistance department, who will support us in taking care of our customers and implementing new, adapted marketing strategies. During your onboarding, you will receive exclusive expertise in the areas of Online Marketing, E-Commerce, and Brand Building, and you will deal with topics such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, online visibility, and brand building. The onboarding period typically takes 2-3 months.

Tasks

• Setting up marketing strategies.
• Preliminary preparation of advertising campaigns.
• Closely working with our VIP customers.
• Analyzing and optimizing marketing strategies.

Qualification

• A completed vocational training is desirable, but not required.
• Fast learning ability, a high level of discipline, creativity, and self-initiative.
• Prompt understanding of existing processes.
• Prior knowledge in the areas of online marketing, E-Commerce, etc. is advantageous, but not necessary.
• Good handling of performance pressure.
• Good team spirit and willingness to communicate.
• Very good analytical skills and high affinity for numbers and data.
