Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase market presence in the field of service robotics.
• Identification and acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships to increase revenue in industrial applications.
• Design and maintenance of our medial appearance, including website, social media, and other online channels
• Development and implementation of marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
• Support in planning and conducting sales activities
• Creation of presentations, product information, and marketing materials
• Market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Closely working together with sales, development, and other departments to develop customer-oriented solutions
• Active shaping of our online sales and lead generation analysis of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business development and derive recommendations based on this.
• Creation of sales and presentation materials that highlight the technical advantages of our products and services and communicate the customer benefits in a comprehensible manner

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in marketing, business administration or comparable qualification.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing and sales, ideally in the high-tech industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to convey complex technical information in a comprehensible manner.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for growth and customer retention.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
