Marketing and Sales Assistant

The SINUS Messtechnik GmbH is a well-established manufacturer of acoustic and vibration measurement instruments with over 35 years of market presence in Leipzig.

Main focus is the development, production, and sales of our own measurement instruments and software, as well as the conception, implementation, and sales of complex measurement systems worldwide.

We are looking for a versatile assistant to support our sales team in marketing and sales activities.

Tasks

Sales Assistant:

• ERP data maintenance customer data
• Customer communication
• Tender management
• Creation of simple offers
• Support in order processing and offer tracking

Marketing tasks:

• Preparation of presentation materials
• Maintenance of social media presence
• Maintenance of website content
• Organization of trade fair appearances
• Participation in marketing concept development

In general:

• communicative
• independent, self-responsible, and conscientious work
• Flexibility, analytical thinking, team spirit, reliability
• Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of image editing
• Experience in dealing with ERP/CRM systems
• German and English

Qualification

commercial education or experience

Media competence, experience in creating presentation and advertising materials
