As a Management Trainee, you will be groomed to become the future face of our business. You will rotate through various functions—including Market Research, Lead Generation, Brand Marketing, and Client Relations—to build a 360-degree understanding of how a global software services firm operates. Key Responsibilities will be: 1. Market Intelligence & Strategy Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform business decisions. Develop strategic recommendations for the marketing team based on insights gathered. 2. Lead Generation Identify and prioritize high-value leads through data-driven approaches, leveraging tools such as CRM systems and lead scoring models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive conversions. 3. Brand Marketing Develop a deep understanding of our brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Create engaging content (written, video, or social media) that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness. 4. Client Relations Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive service delivery.
