Marketing Technology Analyst - Hybrid

Join our team as a Marketing Technology Analyst! We want to get to know you!

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital attraction campaigns (inbound & paid ads), managing the CRM, optimizing the website, and measuring marketing results with a focus on generating qualified leads (MQLs → SQLs).

Location:

Querétaro, Qro. Hybrid Modality

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1 year in digital marketing B2B (preferably in technology or services).
  Habilidades analíticas: management of marketing KPIs
• Soft skills: proactivity, analytical thinking, result-oriented, organization, and teamwork capacity.
  
  
• Tech knowledge:
  
  

• Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (campaigns with real budget).
• SEO and SEM
• Hubspot

• CRM and automation processes
  

• Design and execute digital attraction campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEM, SEO).
• Manage the paid media budget and optimize campaigns.
• Configure and administer HubSpot.
• Maintain updated CRM, integrations, and lead scoring processes.
  Analyze and report key metrics
• Optimize processes between marketing and sales (MQL to SQL SLA).
  Support website administration and landing pages for improved conversion.

• Real experience in digital campaigns with budget.
• Capacity to explain HubSpot automation workflows.
• Data-driven thinking
• Focus on B2B demand generation and alignment with sales.
