We are now seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to help enhance brand influence, explore growth opportunities and promote the company's continuous development in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

As our full-time Marketing Specialist, you will be critical to unlocking market potential and aligning marketing efforts with our business goals. Your core duties include:

• Market Research & Strategy Development: Focus on core markets such as Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, analyze trends in the Australian construction industry, competitor dynamics and the needs of target clients. Formulate implementable marketing plans based on research findings to help expand the client base and increase market share.
• Brand & Content Management: Develop consistent brand messaging that highlights the company’s integrated construction capabilities. Create high-quality marketing materials (such as brochures, presentations, case studies and client testimonials) and ensure accurate, timely delivery of brand and service information to target clients.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns, covering both online initiatives (e.g., digital promotions, social media operations) and offline localised campaigns. Oversee campaign timelines, allocate resources reasonably and ensure smooth on-site execution.
• Budget & Performance Management: Manage annual, quarterly and monthly marketing budgets, track expenditure to ensure cost efficiency. Evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels, optimize resource allocation based on data and maximize return on investment.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration & Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure marketing content aligns with the company's service capabilities and project advantages. Maintain regular communication with potential clients and industry partners to enhance brand recognition and trust.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Marketing Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with a track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies.

• Project & Budget Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, oversee budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing resources.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing enterprise, with the initiative to adjust marketing approaches based on market changes or business development needs.
