Marketing Specialist

Position: Marketing Specialist Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET Location: Remote (Outside the US) Salary: USD$1,800 - $2,500/month We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of marketing experience to join our growing team. You will play an essential role in creating and executing marketing strategies to support our capital-raising initiatives across real estate, innovation, and Greentech sectors. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop, implement, and manage various marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies. * Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. * Creating and managing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites. * Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts. * Managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses. * Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 2–5 years of marketing experience. * Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. * Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
