Marketing Specialist

• Relevant experience in marketing, communication, and content creation (B2B)
• Advanced knowledge of a graphics program (for creating presentations, brochures) - ex: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Canva
• Advanced knowledge of PPT
• Excellent writing, communication, and visual expression skills
• Knowledge of social media management, newsletters, website updates
• Experience in media relations and event organization
• A creative, proactive, passionate person who is detail-oriented
• English language - advanced level

• Creating presentations, promotional materials, videos, and social media posts
• Managing and developing communication on social media channels, managing online campaigns (including Google Ads account management)
• Coordinating relations with the press and developing media partnerships (for Tema Energy and DataCenter Forum events)
• Creating newsletters and collaborating with website administrators (Tema Energy & DataCenter Forum) for sending to the database; updating the database
• Coordinating with website administrators for updating website content (www.tema-energy.ro; www.datacenter-forum.ro)
• Updating brochures and corporate materials
• Creating case studies, white papers, and reference works
• Organizing participation in external events where Tema Energy is a sponsor or partner (conferences, launches, fairs)
• Maintaining relations with associations and clusters that Tema Energy is part of
• Coordinating collaboration with photographers and videographers for creating photo-video materials
