Role Overview

• As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating marketing and advertising strategies that support sales objectives and enhance brand awareness. You will analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to the promotion of new and existing services.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives
• Plan, develop, and organise advertising policies and promotional campaigns
• Advise executives and clients on effective advertising strategies to reach target markets and build consumer awareness
• Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement, within time and budget constraints
• Analyse data relating to consumer behaviour, patterns, and preferences
• Interpret and forecast current and future consumer and market trends
• Research potential demand and market characteristics for new and existing goods and services
• Collect, analyse, and interpret market research and statistical data
• Support business growth through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs
• Commission and undertake market research to identify new market opportunities
• Provide advice on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels

• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
