Tasks

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–6 months (according to your study schedule)

Your Mission

You're not the 'Praktikant'. You're our extended arm in Marketing and Business Development. You'll learn how to scale a company with almost no budget and maximum KI power.

• Scout-Hacking: You acquire and steer our network of insider scouts.
• Content-Roasting: You develop bold strategies for TikTok/LinkedIn to make Aura Jobs the most well-known (and feared) platform in the scene.
• Growth Operations: You use tools like Claude Code and AI-automations to build processes that companies need entire departments for.
• Partnerships: You bring the first 100 companies on board that have the courage to stand up to our 'Roast' format.

Qualification

Your Profile (Founder-Mindset)

• You don't want to be a cog in the machine: You want to build the machine.
• Maker Attitude: You're eager to try things out and learn from the results.
• KI Affinity: You're not afraid of code or KI, but use them as a lever.
• Studies: You're currently completing a mandatory internship in the field of business administration, marketing, or media management – or you just have a passion for the field.
