To continue growing and make our brand even more visible, we are looking for you as a Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) full-time – with creative ideas, motivation, and a sense of trends.

Aufgaben

Your tasks at us:

• Planning and implementation of digital & analog campaigns
• Creation of various marketing materials
• Implementation and support in the development of marketing strategies
• Further development and maintenance of our brand presence
• Content creation, as well as care and further development of our social media channels and website
• Support at trade shows & events
• Participation in product launches and sales actions
• Analysis of market trends, target groups, and competitor activities to optimize our marketing measures
• Analysis and evaluation of marketing measures
• Collaboration with our partners and the sales team

Qualifikation

You bring:

• First professional experience in marketing, ideally in the construction or crafts industry or a related industry
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign)
• A secure sense of brand presence, design, and communication
• Creativity and joy in developing innovative marketing ideas
• Experience with social media management tools and online marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
• Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Typo3) or shop systems (e.g. Shopware 5, Shopify) is desirable
• Experience with a PIM system (Product Information Management) is a plus
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Communication strength, team spirit, and enthusiasm to shape something together
