The Opportunity: An Integrated Marketing Role We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, events, and content marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our marketing efforts. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury goods or fine-jewellery industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories and messaging.
