Marketing Specialist - KI & Intelligent Process Automation & Events (m/w/d)

You understand markets, recognize the value of our solutions and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Together with Sales and Product Development, you bring our solutions in the field of intelligent process automation to the forefront – supported by modern KI tools.

Together in the M/Team, you develop campaigns, content, and events further and contribute to effectively communicating our products and services externally.

Tasks

• You develop and implement precise B2B marketing campaigns that focus on translating technical solutions into understandable customer benefits.
• You work closely with Management, Product Development, and Sales.
• You plan and steer our marketing actions, campaigns, and events independently from concept to implementation.
• You create content, mailings, and communication measures using KI tools for prompting, content creation, and campaign optimization
• You coordinate events and workshops and take an active role in the execution and moderation.
• You support lead generation and brand positioning, also through target group and industry analysis
• You work closely with internal teams and external service providers and coordinate their deployment.

Qualification

• You have professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the tech/software environment, and bring understanding for digital solutions, KI, or process automation.
• You can rely on your very good communication skills and understand how to prepare content understandably and target-group-oriented.
• You are interested in KI-supported marketing and modern technologies
• You work structured, independently, and bring a high level of organizational strength with you.
• You convince through a confident demeanor and enjoy actively accompanying workshops and events.
• You have a very good feeling for the German and English languages
