Marketing Specialist
Job description
As a global leader in the manufacturing and marketing of decorative surfacing materials, Formica® Corporation offers its customers the best performing products in the industry. We have an outstanding opportunity for an early career professional at our Formica Mexico headquarters as a Marketing Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Implement and execute assigned initiatives such as specific marketing events; coordinate Formica Studio agenda: in collaboration with Sales, set the tour visit sessions.
• Implement and execute merchandising initiatives with key customers, based on the Marketing Plan. Set metrics and tracking. Execute improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with North America Marketing team members, according to the projects assigned (regional collateral & content, such as video campaigns, translations, etc.).
• Support marketing campaigns and product introductions into Mexican Market.
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or any relevant field
- ~4 years of proven experience in Marketing or Commercial areas
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving, analytic, results & action-oriented, teamwork player
- Proven analysis, tracking and follow-up skills
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability
- Advanced written and spoken English & Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Available to work either at the Formica facilities and/or Formica Studio and/or remote
- Available for traveling across domestic market, for trade activities including customer visits
- Passion for design and curiosity.
- (Eventually) Travel to Formica North America Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, USA
