Vacancy: Marketing Specialist
Querétaro Area.
Position Mission: Develop, execute, and measure the company's marketing strategies to increase brand positioning, generate commercial opportunities (leads), support the sales team, and strengthen digital presence, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities and Functions:
· Develop and execute the annual marketing plan.
· Define demand generation campaigns.
· Manage the area's budget.
· Analyze market trends and competition.
· Manage SEO and SEM.
· Execute campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
· Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
· Manage social media and editorial calendar.
· Analyze performance data and metrics, and prepare results reports.
· Coordinate participation in fairs, webinars, and events.
· Manage marketing automation tools.
· Maintain the company's visual identity.
· Coordinate the design, production, inventory control, and distribution of promotional materials and corporate souvenirs.
· Coordination of suppliers and production of promotional materials.
· Prepare monthly KPI and ROI reports.

Academic Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business with experience in B2B marketing. Desirable diploma in Digital Marketing (Title and License).
· Medium-advanced English level.
Technical Knowledge in:
· B2B, industrial marketing – 3 to 5 years.
· Google Analytics, Google Ads – 2 years.
· SEO & SEM – 1 to 2 years.
· Google Analytics, Google Ads - 1 to 2 years.
· Email Marketing (mailchimp, hubspot) - 1 to 2 years.
· Adobe Creative Suite - 1 to 2 years.
· AI applied to marketing - 1 to 2 years.
· Canva, WordPress - 1 to 2 years.

Work Schedule Type: Full-time.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
