We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in developing, coordinating, and executing innovative advertising strategies to support our company’s growth and market presence.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing advertising campaigns, identifying market opportunities, and supporting the execution of our broader marketing strategies. You will play a key role in helping Compare Corp identify and respond to current and emerging market demands.

• Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support company sales objectives.
• Advise executives and clients on effective advertising strategies to reach target audiences and promote brand awareness.
• Coordinate the production of advertising materials, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and content production, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Conduct market analysis and interpret consumer trends to guide future campaigns.
• Research and assess potential market demand for new and existing products and services.
• Support business development efforts through the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Commission and undertake detailed market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Advise on key marketing mix elements including product offerings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, sales techniques, and distribution channels.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• However, extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
