About the Role

We are currently looking for a marketing officer / marketing specialist to help us achieve our mission. In this role, you will be required to work from office Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. As a marketing officer, your duties will include the following:

Work with the Director to conceive, design and execute the company’s marketing plan.

Develop, implement, and track marketing strategies in all forms to accelerate business growth.

Prepare proposals for potential marketing and revenue opportunities of the company.

Organize various marketing events online and offshore locations.

Develop a marketing framework that is suited to the context of the company and its clients.

Drive initiatives to deliver increase in traffic through website and social media.

Aggressively increase brand awareness through seminars, meetings and other extra sponsorship programs.

Take ownership of the marketing function and spearhead in rolling out marketing campaigns.

Create an effective needs analysis, monitoring and evaluation instruments for all the marketing programs of the company.

Analyse data regarding client’s preferences about courses to study and intended place of migration.

Contribute to a positive, high performance working culture.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, bears can do attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You will need:

At least a bachelor degree in business/marketing.

At least one year work experience in similar position.

Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills.
