We are looking for creative support in the field of Marketing, Social Media & PR.

The Alte Münze is more than a cultural location – here Berlin pulses: from the creative event space to the café The Greens and up to exciting projects that still need to emerge. To make our projects even more visible and strengthen external communication, we are looking for a creative personality who designs Marketing, PR, and Social Media with passion.

Aufgaben

What awaits you here:

• You will support our projects, develop creative communication strategies and implement them – online and offline
• Planning, creation, and maintenance of website content, social media posts, and newsletters
• Co-designing and further development of marketing and communication processes
• Hands-on implementation of graphics, image, and video content with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
• Coordination and communication with our external graphic agency, including briefings and control
• Maintenance of our social media channels, including editorial planning, community management, and success control
• PR work: writing texts, coordinating press requests, maintaining media contacts
• Support for campaigns, events, and projects – from the idea to implementation
• Closely working with the management team and other project teams

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• Education or studies in Marketing, Communication, Media, or comparable experience
• Multiple years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Social Media – ideally in the creative field or cultural projects
• Excellent language skills and talent for storytelling
• Experience with website maintenance, content management systems, and social media tools
• Praxis in handling Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) or Canva
• Creativity, self-initiative, and the ability to implement projects hands-on
• Communication strength, team spirit, and joy in shaping processes and keeping an overview of multiple projects
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
