The Seehotel Wiesler is a family-run 4*-Superior Hotel directly on the shore of Lake Titisee, run by the third generation. Sustainability, modern style, and honest communication characterize our house – just as much on our sun terraces by the lake as on our social media channels.

To strengthen our marketing, we are looking for a minijobber/in or work student with a focus on social media. You will work closely with Anna Wiesler, who is responsible for marketing and communication at the hotel, and shape our digital brand world actively. If you're interested, you'll also accompany the build-up of our young coffee roastery brand TitiseeSide Roasters.

The weekly hours are flexible (min. 5 to max. 10 hours/week) and freely scheduleable – you will work remotely or at the hotel. For shootings and material recordings, occasional on-site dates are necessary.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Betreuung und Pflege unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Schwerpunkt Instagram & Facebook; optional TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Posts, Stories und Reels – Vorgabe: mindestens alle zwei-drei Tage neuer Content
• Eigene Foto- und Videoaufnahmen vor Ort (Smartphone-Qualität reicht; Fuji-Systemkamera und Adobe-Software stehen dir zur Verfügung)
• Texten für unsere Zielgruppe – authentisch, durchdacht und im Stil des Hauses (KI-Tools sind ausdrücklich erwünscht, solange das Ergebnis nicht generisch klingt)
• Gestaltung von Werbematerialien wie Aufstellern im Hotel, Anzeigen oder kleinen Drucksachen
• Optional: Unterstützung bei der Pflege unserer Website (WordPress)
• Optional: Mitarbeit am Hausprospekt mit InDesign (in Abstimmung mit Anna)
• Optional: Mitwirken am Markenaufbau von TitiseeSide Roasters

Qualifikation

• Erste Erfahrung im Social-Media-Marketing – ob beruflich, im Studium oder durch eigene Projekte
• Verständnis für Algorithmen, Trends und Content-Mechaniken auf Instagram, Facebook & Co.
• Sicheres Sprachgefühl und Freude am Texten auf Deutsch; Englisch von Vorteil
• Ein gutes Auge für visuelle Gestaltung und die Fähigkeit, dich mit unserem modernen, naturverbundenen Stil zu identifizieren
• Grundkenntnisse in Bildbearbeitung und Grafik (Adobe, Canva oder vergleichbar) – gute Fotoskills sind ein Plus
• Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit InDesign und/oder WordPress
• Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du planst deine Zeit eigenverantwortlich
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Vor-Ort-Terminen für Shootings und Materialaufnahmen
• Quereinsteiger:innen, Studierende und Berufserfahrene sind gleichermaßen willkommen
