We are looking for a creative Marketing & Social Media Managerin with assistant tasks (m/w/d) who will take our brand to the next level in the area of vegan waxing, eyebrow modeling, and laser technology.

Aufgaben

• Verschiedene Bürotätigkeiten und allgemeine Büroorganisation
• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
• Vielfältige organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
• Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Inhalte für Instagram, TikTok und weitere Plattformen
• Content Creation: Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Beiträgen, Reels und Storys
• Organisation und Durchführung von Fotoshootings und Videodrehs
• Analyse der Social-Media-Performance und Erstellung von Reports

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Marketing oder kaufmännischen Bereich
• Erfahrungen im Social Media und/oder Marketing Bereich
• Leidenschaft für Social Media, kreative Inhalte und aktuelle Trends
• Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Erste Kenntnisse in Bild- oder Videobearbeitung (z. B. Canva, CapCut oder ähnliche Tools) von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit in der täglichen Arbeit
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein proaktiver Arbeitsstil
• Begeisterung für Themen wie Organisation, Technologie und Innovation
