Marketing & Social Media Manager (Part-time, min 20 hours) m/w/d

As Marketing & Social Media Manager part-time, you are responsible for the operational marketing implementation at UseTree. You work closely with Sales and Management to translate monthly planning and sales targets into concrete content and campaigns. Your focus is on making it clear what UseTree stands for - for customers, applicants, and the market.

You understand marketing not as a concept discipline, but as an execution task. You plan, prioritize, and publish content independently. You ensure a stable, reliable output every week and a clear line in tone, quality, and statement.

Tasks

• You lead concrete marketing measures from the monthly planning and steer their implementation.
• You build a structured content backlog, maintain it continuously, and prioritize along sales targets and market relevance.
• You work closely with Sales together and translate topics into content, campaigns, and recurring formats.
• You plan, coordinate, and publish content over our website and all relevant social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
• You translate projects, attitudes, and services from UseTree into understandable and concise content.
• You coordinate text, visuals, and other content building blocks together with internal and external participants.
• You ensure transparency about status, progress, and blockers.
• You make operational decisions, keep timings in check, and avoid unnecessary loops.
• You ensure a fast, qualitatively clean implementation with stable output every week.

Qualification

• Completed studies & experience in operational marketing or content and social media management, ideally in the BtoB environment.
• Safety in planning, prioritization, and implementation even when dealing with parallel topics.
• A good sense for target groups, relevance, and timing.
