Our flagship product is drone shows for events, and we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our existing MKT team to scale our brand and connect with new audiences. What will you do? Plan and execute digital marketing strategies by region and market segment. Lead efforts in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, sponsors, and partners. Develop and implement content marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative ideas for social media and influencer partnerships. Analyze and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools. Identify trends and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI. Provide expert-level guidance and support to junior team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts. ¿Qué habilidades y experiencia necesitamos? 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the events or entertainment industries. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing. Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
