Marketing & Sales Assistant (m/w/d)

You ensure that our marketing runs: You plan LinkedIn postings, newsletters, and webinars, maintain our website, and prepare case studies. At the same time, you support sales by managing leads in the CRM, preparing offers, and actively contacting potential customers. This way, you maintain the connection between marketing and sales, relieve the team, and ensure that no opportunity is lost.

Aufgaben im Marketing:

• Internal Social-Media-Postings (v. a. LinkedIn & Meta) plan, create, and publish
  
  
• Newsletter conceive, send, and evaluate performance
  
  
• Webinars promote, coordinate registrations, and technically manage
  
  
• Creation and Aufbereitung von Case-Studies
  
  
• Website-Pflege including updating texts, images, and blog posts
  
  
• Writing of Blogartikeln, news, and internal announcements
  
  
• Videoschnitt: Cutting short videos and reels for Social-Media & YouTube (e.g. with CapCut)
  
  

Aufgaben im Sales:

• Leads verwalten: Input, maintain, and edit in CRM-tool
  
  
• Kundenkontakt: Telephone and written customer service, coordinate appointments
  
  
• Angebote create, send, and follow up
  
  
• Aktive Ansprache: Cold outreach and relationship building with potential customers
  

Requirements

• Marketing-Affinität: You love modern media, have a sense for design, and are familiar with Social-Media trends
  
  
• Social Media: You have experience with campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
  
  
• Organisationstalent: You work structured, keep an overview of many projects, and bring appointments reliably to fruition
  
  
• Kommunikationsstärke: Whether by phone, email, or video call – you speak easily with people, have no fear of cold outreach, and appear professionally
  
  
• Technische Kenntnisse: Experience with CRM-tools, newsletter-software, video-schnitt-apps (e.g. CapCut) and good handling of relevant KI tools (Chat GPT etc.). Experience with content-management-systems is an advantage.
  
  
• Teamgeist: As part of our marketing and sales team, you actively support our success. You are proactive and work independently
  
  
• Sprachkenntnisse: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills

The position is advertised as a full-time position for 38.5 hours or part-time position (min. 20h) with a market-conformative annual salary of € 32,000 to € 42,000 gross (full-time basis). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is the possibility of overpayment.
