• Aktive Ansprache: Cold outreach and relationship building with potential customers
  

• Marketing-Affinität: You love modern media, have a sense for design, and are familiar with Social-Media trends
  
  
• Social Media: You have experience with campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
  
  
• Organisationstalent: You work structured, keep an overview of many projects, and bring appointments reliably to fruition
  
  
• Kommunikationsstärke: Whether by phone, email, or video call – you speak easily with people, have no fear of cold outreach, and appear professionally
  
  
• Technische Kenntnisse: Experience with CRM-tools, newsletter-software, video-schnitt-apps (e.g. CapCut) and good handling of relevant KI tools (Chat GPT etc.). Experience with content-management-systems is an advantage.
  
  
• Teamgeist: As part of our marketing and sales team, you actively support our success. You are proactive and work independently
  
  
• Sprachkenntnisse: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills

The position is advertised as a full-time position for 38.5 hours or part-time position (min. 20h) with a market-conformative annual salary of € 32,000 to € 42,000 gross (full-time basis). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is the possibility of overpayment.
